CENTURY 21 REAL ESTATE Leads in Brand Awareness for the 21st Year in a Row
General market real estate consumers recognize Century 21 Real Estate significantly higher than the competition, according to a recently released market research study assessing real estate brand health and perception among consumers. According to the 2019 Kantar General Market Ad Tracking Study1, when presented with a list of real estate agencies, total awareness of the iconic CENTURY 21® brand among consumers was 92%, eight percentage points higher than the nearest competitor at 84%. The CENTURY 21 brand has consistently maintained a lead in this category for the past 21 years, since 1999.
At 43%, general market consumers also selected the CENTURY 21 brand as the most recognized name in real estate, significantly higher than the nearest competitor, at 33%.
Additionally, 28% of general market consumers selected the CENTURY 21 brand as the most respected in the industry, significantly higher than the nearest competitor at 24%. The CENTURY 21 brand has maintained the lead for the past 9 years since it started tracking this category in 2011.
